Somebody at this Ford dealer likes old station wagons. I've seen them advertise old ones like this from time to time, but they are usually Colony Parks or Country Squires.

First box wagon I've seen that has less miles than what my Safari had when I bought it (21,000 approx).

As to value, I have heard of one or two box wagons going for big money, like in the range this one is in. This wagon does have a lot going for it - loaded, fairly rare black paint, and no wood. Must have belonged to a local mortuary.

I think $9k is too much for this wagon, but it's certainly worth quite a bit more than your average one. I could see someone paying $6-7k for this.

Not sure they would let it go for that, but I'd bet you could drive it home for $8k max.

Thats about the exact same number I was thinking, I just wish I was the lucky one that saw it for sale in my local paper...LOL I'm actually looking for an older one, when the right one comes along, just ran across this one and liked it.

Stunning original car in black and at 20k miles, everything would just be like new. I wonder what the story behind it is?

This one just does not quite fit into our 30 year old classic laws, so for me to be able to drive it here, it would have to be converted to R/D at a cost of around 40 grand. Best leave this one alone I think!

I'd love to get this Buick - at about $6,500 or so.

Beautiful wagon, for sure, but with that electronic climate control, I would give a miss.

Yh, I wouldn't pay that much for it. I have owned three roadmasters before and it is my first choice but I don't t think he will get that when its not even a souther car. Around 10,5 is more like it IMO.

Hard to find even a nice used car for that money.if you like it I would definitely offer them seven maybe go to eight. Looks like a beautiful example.
