The nice thing about the Dodges is that they kept the good looking lean grill much longer than Chrysler did.

Ha ha from where I come from, in the 70's you could only order this colour from Holden or Chrysler if you were the S.A. Police!

Those rear side covers look a bit out of place in green, especially when you see them start just behind the rear door.

Think some of the interior plastics coloring have turned from 40 years of aging.

I thought so at first, but these look like the are uniform in colour no matter where you look. I would have thought that at least some other plastic would have matched due to the age or the changing of the colour would be worse at the top near the day light, but they seem so consistent with a different shade of colour than the rest of the interior.

Look at the rear right portion of the 3rd seat bay. More bluish towards the rear and steadily greener as you move forward.

Mopar plastics do that. I have a similar situation on my wife's '78 Chrysler. The grey is turning to a much lighter grey in several areas.

A very rare one indeed. About the only thing that would have made it rarer is if it were the top of the line Crestwood, not the middle line Custom. Guess someone did not like the wood! All in all, a simply beautiful wagon! As an aside, in Canada, the heavy bump guards, known as bumperettes, that are on the back of this car were standard, as were the matching ones on the front bumper.
