    Jwdtnn, Thanks for beating me in posting. I guess there quite a few Colony Parks for sale in the Nor Cal area. I know of two 71-72 CP's in the SF bay area (craigslist) being sold by the same person and now this one by another person.

    Rough car, but has potential, and the price is right.

    I love this seller. He says this is his quick ad, with more to come later, yet he still manages to get 18 photos up! Other sellers could learn a thing or two.
