I've joined this mainly to sell my 87 Buick estate wagon. She is one year older than me. I have posted it on Craigslist but this forum is more market specific. I also want someone who will appreciate it and take care of it. I bought it from my neighbors at the beginning of the summer but winter is coming and I don't have a place to store it. It is also my main get around car and feel it should be reserved for Sunday drives. Its been fun but its time for someone else to enjoy it.

    Needs sum work

Had the car inspected and here is the list of work that needs to be done: idler arm loose, front brake pads, and rotors 20% left, coolant leak lower intake manifold gasket, valve cover gasket leaking oil, rear main seal leaking oil, rear pinion seal leaking, rear shock leaking, needs tune up, power antenna motor bad, tune signal flasher. There is also a little body work needed as there is rust at the bottom between the wheels. I have used the car without addressing these issues and it runs fine still I suppose it affects the cars value. It has 97000 mi on it. I am thinking of pricing it at $3000. I think this is fair but I would like some experienced help with estimating a fair price. What is its value?

Click this----INTRO's !! and why they're needed:slap: This is not Craigslist. We do appreciate you trying to sell your wagon and preserve it. But there's more to this forum than being a place to sell vehicles.

Ok for anyone joining the forum and hopefully reading this before posting. When you make your intro please tell us something about yourself and your wagon if you already have one or what you want to get. Saying "hello my name is" is not a good intro. If you go into more detail then all of us will feel like we know more about you and then can relate to you. We aren't here to critize you for what you have. We are here to celebrate wagons. So if you are coming here you either have one or want one. All of that makes you one of us. So please be descriptive.
