I am new to your site and how to learn a lot from it. I am restoring a 1957 Ford Ranch Wagon (59A). I am new at this endeavor so I am hoping to learn a lot from your posts. I am currently trying to remove both the upper and lower halves of the rear tailgate to replace the weatherstripping and glass molding to prevent water leaks. Over time water leaks have resulted in the spare tub rusting through as well as a portion of the top of the gas tank. If anyone can assist with directions for removing the top half of the rear tail gate I would be grateful. Thanks in advance.
