Just found a 1975 Dodge Monaco Brougham with 44,000 miles, one owner that has been stored since 1995. I'm excited to clean off the inch of dust and remove the gas tank, fuel pump and filters, along with rebuild the carb....it's a 440 V-8 with a leather interior 9 passenger with all power options. #BOOM
Welcome to the nuthouse we call home. That is quite the find you've got there. Great car to have and look after. Not that common when new, and very UNcommon now! Have fun around here.
Lookiing forward to seeing pics of that fine family transportation device..... Welcome to the SWF! Marshall
Welcome to the group. Sounds like you got an unusual and nice wagon. The only 440 I had was in a long roof too. A class A motorhome. Even that big box would climb mountains and run down the highway faster than I wanted to go.
Just got it rolled out of the building and rinsed it off....first time seeing the light of day since June of 1995.....
She's a beauty! That one's going to make a great cruiser........ Congrats! Marshall P.S: One suggestion: We have quite a few members (like me) with GM box wagons, a few more that have GM clamshell wagons, a fee more that have later-model GM 'whale wagons', and some more that have those big Ford and Mercury wagons from the 70's to the 90's. What we're really lacking is owners of Chrysler Corp wagons like yours. Sooooooo..... stick around, and begin a thread in the 'project' section on your new baby, telling us all about it. You'll get a lot of interest.
