Very cool story on your wagon! Where it comes to your love for your wagon - and for Chevrolet especially - I totally relate! I'm a generation or two ahead of you...my love centers around the clamshell era of Chevy wagons and the box generation that immediately followed. For six+ years I was the second owner of a '75 Caprice Estate. Only reason I sold it was health reasons I had at the time, from which I wasn't certain I could recover. Similar to you after your first accident, I literally cried when I sold it. But I sold it to a collector who I knew would take good care of it. Thankfully, I have recovered and so my search for another wagon is on. I think you asked in your article for others' stories; there's mine in a nutshell. It's cool to read stories like yours, thanks for sharing and for returning to our forum.
