http://www.oldcaronline.com/1974-Mercury-Station Wagon-Payette-Idaho-for-sale-ID616729.htm a bit high on price!
74 Mercury We have beat this car to a pulp MANY, MANY times!!! I still like it............ It never even got sold on Ebay, even tho it was listed multiple times at around 5 grand.
He couldn't sell it for $5,000, so he thinks he might have better luck asking $10,000. Yeah, makes sense to me.
Are we sure the guy DIDN'T sell it? Judging from the ad, the car belongs to a dealer. This dealer, if he did buy it for $5000, is attempting to flip it and double his money.
Here's the thread from last year. I don't think it ever sold, just IMHO. It was always overpriced whether eBay or online otherwise. Very nice Merc but the modifications (especially the aftermarket gauges granted onto the dash cover) hurt the value! http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24577&highlight=1974+Mercury+Colony+Park

I would want to talk to the actual owner on this one. I did a google search of TraderNet. This is what I found. http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/Trade...aderNet-Auto-Trader-Network-TMS-Trader-874956 They appear to be a business that preys on people trying to sell their vehicles.
