Hello everyone. I am David. I found this site from a link on the V8Buick site that I belong to. I clicked on it and one of the first pictures I saw was of someone aparently making a two door Chevelle wagon from a four door. That interests me and so I joined the site so I could get more exposure to something like that. I am retired from General Motors since 2004 and currently own and operate a small trucking business in the Spotsylvania, Va area supplying topsoil, driveway stone, mulch etc. I am an Assistant Pastor at a local Church of God. I have restored many Mopars over the years, (mayby around 6-7) but currently have a 73 Buick Century I am working on. My first "new car" was a 73 Century that I ordered from the factory in Nov. 1972. Having this one now I am attempting to recreate my first car. Hence the name Buick1moretime. I am looking forward to perhaps one day create a 2 door wagon from a 4 door as well. Looking forward to being part of this board.
    David

    Welcome........
Great idea wanting a 2 door conversion. I may be the guy you saw who is currently in the process of a conversion with my 66 Malibu Wagon. You can check out my thread.

    :Welcome: aboard David.
A while back, if I'm not mistaken, a guy on this forum converted a '70's Buick Estate to a 2-dr HT wagon. It appeared to be very nicely done, too.
Perhaps the owner will come forward, or a member might know where to find it.

    Jack:)
