    Hello All

just bought a 62 country sedan, 9 passenger.
light blue, (soon to be white) 390, 3 with o\d
    Now its a 351c with a 4r70w behind it.
    discs up front, and rear
used parts from my 77 Ranchero
Lincoln rear axle w\discs, upper ball joints came from the
ranchero, as did the shocks, I think the front sway bar might
fit.. Also adapting the power brake setup from the Ranchero
making a bracket for the booster to sit off the fire wall
its a tight fit as the factory unit was 9.5" the ranchero is 11.5"
so a little work on the inner fender well is needed.
this weekend I will start painting her, cross my fingers.

I have an auto restor shop in Cal.. mostly do Old cars
pre 1960, recent work has been on a 1919 Chandler and a
1925 Hudson...also worked on Packards, Pierce Arrow, Ford
I'm not a body guy, just mechanics..
    best

    Welcome

    Thanks for the welcome everyone.

I hope to have it on the road in about 2 weeks
not that it will be finished but at least a driver while a
finish the interior and minor body work, some rust
    I'll post some pics.
The blue coil is out of my 77 ranchero, the last pic is the rust on the driver side front.
the floors have a lot of rust and some holes...wire wheel, and phosphoric acid, then some
    patching.
I'll be installng bucket seats from ther ranchero, but they came out of a 2002 sebring,
    with intergral seat belts.
going to use the rear axle from the ranchero, its out of a 70 Lincoln,
4 whell disc setup, my only concern is the springs setup, goint to try and use the leaf
springs until I can figure out the mounting points for the Lincolns trailing arm suspension
