Agreed I'd be very interested if this wasn't 3K miles and a border crossing and possible multiple ferry trip fees away.

At $2,500, that would still be a pretty good deal around here, assuming there aren't any hidden issues. Tedy, ballpark, what would the ferry rate be on getting this to the mainland, then importing into Washington?

I e'd for more pics. Looks like some possible rust around the gas lid and drivers side rear quarter panel?

would be quite a bit to ship it east but if rust free I'll be looking ....

It has 143000 miles on it.... But still even at 1500 seems like it would
have been long gone long time ago......:confused::confused:

Reminds me of when I was trying to sell my beautiful 100% rust free 1989 Pontiac Safari wagon... I even posted it here as low as $700 and still couldn't sell it. I ended up trading it to a guy for a '89 BMW 325i (I didn't want the car, but figured I could sell it easier) and I did for $2000... I then took that $ and purchased a 1984 Mercedes 190D for $1800, then sold it for $3300. :)

It all worked out, but it didn't dawn on me until later that the guy that wanted it may have only wanted it for a derby car. He told me that he wanted it because he needed something with more room, but I often wondered with sadness. lol. I didn't want the car to be derbied, it was just too nice, but no one was interested in it.

This car is spectacular. I cannot believe it has not sold yet! If I wanted a G.M., I would be finding a way to get it, since even flying there and bringing it back would be less than full market value here.

At this price, even having to pay shipping puts it well under proper market value. Anyone wanting a Box Wagon would do well to look at this one. You could look for years to find another this nice. The only thing I would do is lose the very difficult to tune original carburetor and put on a good Edelbrock Q-Jet that can be set up right.
