This particular clamshell is definitely ready for the derby. http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAP...0485&item=200723350485&lgeo=1&vectorid=229466
Just save all the good bits, then shred the rest. This one is pooched. That rust looks like the structure has had it.
damn !!! judging by the background of the picture, this isn't the only car, in that neighborhood, that's that bad off...
And the snow, for snow balls...... Dam, I guess it's melted by now $975....... A scrapper wouldn't even give that!
The trim around the door windows, the quarter windows, on either side of the tailgate window. There seems to be quite a bit of the wagon specific trim that looks to be very usable on this one, and that is the very trim that is hardest to find.
I used to save stuff like that too, all you end up with a lot of parts that you'll end up taking to take to your grave with you. A lot of people say they want the stuff but when it comes to selling all you hear are crickets or complaints about the the price along with a lot of nitpicking. I've had a few deals fall through here on parts that I was practically giving away, just covered my cost and shipping. The whole deal is set and the box packed and labeled and I never hear back from them after they say the deal is on. You know who you are. I see wagons in the yards with all kinds of good parts but they're worthless unless you can sell them, I only pull the parts that I know I can sell immediately on evilbay.
