    Bid history:8 bids <<<<<<<click the 8 bids!

    Winning bid:US $6,174.00

seems very strange IMO that the winning bidder, bid against him/her self!?! Smells like bull shilling to me. I'll bet we do see it back on ebay in time.

If you look at the "Vehicle Description" near the top of auction it does mention one rust spot but it was probably missed by most. For some reason a lot of e bay ads have had the description put here lately.

OK, please explain .....I honestly don't know????............ If it says 8 bids total and 6 are from the same bidder....... I don't know, please explain the mathumuntistionship???? Would not there be some other ones bids listed who auto bid???( I have seen that before) The winning bidder who happens to not get the wagon for some unknown reason and 2 other bids appeared online:hmmm:

I still call BULL SHILLING!!(y)....Just because of the way this wagons sales started!

Auto bidding Say the current bid is 1000. If I want to bid using auto bid I pick an amount I am willing to pay. Say 7000
It shows up on screen as 1100. If you bid 1200 my auto bid will go to 1300 and so on and son until my max amount has been reached. Once you bid 7001 my auto bid amount of 7000 show up

These auto bids do not show up on the list (it says this on the bid page). So all you are seeing is this other guy trying to find the guys top auto bid.

Shhheeezzzze, I knew e-scam was creepy, but now it's even more "creep":biglaugh:

So you can bid, yet it won't show, but it will..???? but bidding only shows for a select few.......So 8 bids total, but if I understand there could be 500 bids....but they don't show up because of "auto bid'.... so (????) did not the zero feed back bid winner of the last auction "auto bid" or just sit at the PC and jump the bid, .....and why is it up AGAIN.:confused::confused:

....I'll stick to local cars.....but not this one, and never ebay:rofl2:

All and all, this is a ......stay away buy IMO!

I understand this bidding idea but think it's just a lazy man's way to play the game. Doesn't seem fair to the regular bidders who take time to actually be there or call in as the bidding increases.
Sadly the big name auction companies have ruined the game for the average car guy.

Now it says bid to $4000 with reserve not met but only 1 bid. And there is zero explanation offered as to why it allegedly 'sold' yesterday for $6100 and is back on eBay just a day later. :disagree: :naughty:

I have seen this before. The seller set a high reserve ($5,000) to see how high the auction would go (they were willing to sell at $2,500 after all) and probably was willing to offer the car up to the highest bidder at whatever price it reached.

Your zero feedback bidder may or may not be a shill bidder. You had one legitimate bid from the (54) feedback bidder. The other bids were from the zero feedback bidder trying to figure out how much the other person bid. Follow the time stamp chronology and you will see.

The zero feedback could be a shill trying to maximize the amount the seller collects from the one legitimate bidder. Or he could be an idiot sabotaging the auction. In either case, it wasn't going to sell because the legitimate bidder was taken out of the running, and probably thought things got a bit fishy with the actions of the zero feedback bidder and begged off any "second chance" auction.

Smart move on their part, but I see they are back in the game once again. Apparently the lesson was not learned, and now there are three bidders in the game.

If I was a betting man, I would guess you won't see this for sale again any time soon unless the winning bidder doesn't realize how much this will really cost to get home.

But I still find it od that the last 3 bids, at different times were all for the same price, and 2 from the same bidder..?
