    hmmm

Did some clamshells come without the back-back seat? Seating for 6 means; it doesn't. OR, they just don't know it's there. Or something... Another good daily driver at a good daily driver price.:)

Thanks for those numbers, Kingswood. Some of the totals are surprisingly low, like just 4700 3-seat Grand Safaris for 1975.

Would probably be worth a good look. Yes, there is rust, but this is a bit unusual, in that it is an Impala with a/c and power windows and tailgate. I've certainly seen worse for more money. Take it to a school of bodywork, and it wouldn't be all that outrageous to have fixed nicely and you would have a great quality driver under you.

Too far for me but reminded me to check wecrash. Messages sent about a '76 LeSabre 4dr hardtop (asking $2K, offered $1400) and a '76 Coupe DeVille, $1400 in the GM forum. Also found an old post for a green $1800 1971 Country Sedan, we'll see if it's still for sale.

I think this is the same one that was on craigslist with the weird looking body lines on the left side under the doors on the rocker panels also

I'd drive her until the wheels fall off, and then think about what to do with the hulk. I have a feeling there is a lot of life left in this old girl.
