At least it's legitimately For Sale, perhaps even _really_ "only owner", for one price, with one set of wheels, a battery (one assumes) and no mold - as opposed to some _other_ 77 Custom Cruisers or even 76 Caprice Estate Wagons supposedly "For Sale" that I could mention. No mention in the ad of what the title looks like - but I bet it doesn't have whiteout on it.
Both tail light lenses are broken, there is ample evidence of poor rust repair on the bottom, and he's only asking how much? I have a feeling he will be owning this car a LONG time yet!
This '78 Custom Cruiser looks better and is certainly priced better. http://www.autotraderclassics.com/c...m+Cruiser-1096697.xhtml?conversationId=311567
