The factory wheel covers HAVE to go!!! There are so many great factory Mopar wheels from this era that would really do this car justice.

    hey, hey, hey

Other than being green, this is a wonderful wagon!!! and yes, even just taking the hub caps off would be an improvement. Have a brother-in-law who is convinced that stock iron rims painted black, is still the epitome of "cool". Not too sure I'd disagree. At least, you can't go wrong with black iron rims. And that 318 makes this a very capable ponycar wagon. Not as economical as the 5.0 in my Colony Park, but a bit perkier.

A T&C has to have whitewall tires, too. Blackwalls just don't work on this.

It looks like my family's old 1978 T&C we had--ours was green too! I had no idea 1979s were available in green.

On the 1978-1981 T&Cs, how many years was green available? Until now, I only saw it on the 1978 model (the one my family had).

I'm still hunting for my green 1978 T&C...hopefully someday I'll find one.

Speaking of green T&C wagons, here's a mint condition green 1978 T&C recently seen on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BU7-RnthXmk

I like the hubcaps... I think it needs whitewalls.

Is it just the lighting (ie, overexposed), or is the green on that 1979 T&C in the photo brighter than that on 1978 models?

And I'm still wondering: What years was green offered as a colour on the 1978-1981 LeBaron Town & Country wagons?
