Yep. 389,4 barrel, 4 speed, power bench seat
AC. I'll stick with Rally 2s, 8 lugs nice but pricey

So..........that's where Deadhead's 63 went? Very nice car from the :camera: he posted the short time he was here. He had a 66 gold Bonneville too I believe?

Just saw the previous poster's comment, yea I should have. Just was having too much fun.

Yes, bought it in November. It is an excellent car to drive to local shows and cruises. Just finished an 1100 mile round trip with it to Dayton for the Pontiac / GTO Co-Vention. No Cat wagons there, though a couple of Bonny wagons.

Deadhead does have a '66 9 pass Bonny. It's equally as cool.

I have a few things planned, some detailing/cosmetic stuff, and a front end rebuild just to say it's been done. Looking for neat options that I can find also.

I know others were in the hunt to buy it and I'm lucky yo be the owner now :)

So that was a factory 4 speed car? What is that paint color? My ma had what seems to be the same color combo on her 63 Olds F85 Deluxe?

Uhoh!! I just stumbled on a really cool paint color site! When you get into the detail pages for the different colors by mfr by model year, there's a nifty option on the left hand side that will allow you to Google, Bing or Yahoo search for images in that color. :thumbs2:

Yes, 4 speed with a power bench seat. It's Silverleaf Green and Cameo Ivory.

That's got to be a "1 of 1" I bet! Olds called the color Willow Mist. Our wagon's paint was a metallic though and didn't seem to hold up too good on the top surfaces even though car was stored under a carport. I blame the waxes of the day. I think they allowed the sun to degrade the paint(no UV protection?).

Wow, that sure is a nice Pontiac. Love the color. Congrats on your new find.

Just out of curosity Krash, does I have to get rid of something mean that the Safari is going?
