tail of the dragon is located along the TN and NC border. it is considered to be the #1 biker road in the country .a lot of the scenic byways of the country are in this area .almost creamed a sport biker without brains as he decides to pass me on a blind left hand turn. lo and behold a car coming from the other way which causes him to lock it up turn directly in front of me ,plant his feet on the ground so he doesn't hit the guardrail and then turn the handlebars 90 degrees and take off from a dead stop. if the idiot had only waited a min or two I was pulling over constantly for the bikers or waving them around when it was safe.
Cat you are correct I will try today to write about the power tour and side trips I took this year. look for a new power tour thread .next year is the 20 anniversary and it would be cool to see a \20,30 or more wagons rolling down the road together

I have dreamed for years about the Power Tour but so far the only time my wagon got to go all the way from Florida to Detroit was after I sold it. The wagon had fun and I was happy to get it back eventually.
But all I get to do is look at the decal on the window!
