    Is this yours, Highwayman? I seem to recall some post or news article on this vehicle. The owner in the San Diego area uses it to do emergency road service calls (flat tires, out of fuel, etc...) in the San Diego area.

    thankee fannie didn't "replace" her -- always have had the Merc ambulance as well since 78 - it was our "family" car for goin on trips & such - been cross country in it a coupla times -- down to Mexico a lot in the early 80s -- Mexican police thought it was WAY cool back then -- jist utilizin what I *have* to work w till Beulah kin git "reincarnated" -- she's GOT Dodge *Phoenix* tailights [ Beulah does ] so my hope is she's agonna rise from her ashes one day soon while I still have the physical & mental stamina to use her agin to help others - she was my trusty steed for more then 40 years:cry:
