360 V8. 33k miles. 3rd seat. One fine looking Monaco wagon! http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sgv/cto/3717666380.html
I'm quite sure this is the same car that has been up for sale off and on for a few years. It's a gorgeous car for sure but they can't seem to get the big bucks for it. Started way higher and has been going down ever since. It's a beauty but I can't figure why it was ordered with roll ups?? I hate roll ups but I would take this one and convert it!
Can't speak for the original purchaser but I grew up in that era and had no end of troubles with electric windows so he may have wanted the old reliable arm powered windows. I bet it would sell at $5K. mike
I agree, patrick. It's a very rare car as the seller notes - the last year for the Monaco wagon. The car looks close to mint condition. If that were the wagon I wanted, I don't think I would quibble too much on the price.
Agreed, if you had to give it a paint job plus new wood grain that alone would be close to the seller's asking price. I just wish it was a different colour.
77 Crestwood The car belongs to me (check it out in the classified section). I've priced it well below what it's worth because I need to put some $ into my '58 Merc 2 door wagon. At $6800 it's a steal!
I agree, at $6,800 this wagon is a deal and a half! If I had the cash, it would be in my garage already. Mind you, it is WAY too nice to be an only car, especially here in the rust belt. Simply stunning is all I can say about this one!
Another getter and keeper. Not quite as nice as the ones with the hide-away headlights. But that's just me...
