    Hey SWF members!
Thought I'd introduce myself. I'll likely be a lurker around here for a while, but that will change once I find myself a wagon. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
Little about me: I'm a 2nd year law student in law school in Boston, living just outside the city in the suburbs, but originally from Central MA. I'm also a legal assistant in a real estate law firm.

I'm a HUGE Mopar guy and a big, big forum fan. I run LHForums.net (dedicated to the Chrysler LH platform cars from 93-04) and MassMopar.net (a New England Mopar Fan Forum), and am in the process of starting yet another one.
As for cars, my Mopar-only stable consists of the following: a heavily modified 2002 Dodge Intrepid ES, my DD 2001 Chrysler Concorde LXi, my girlfriend's 2001 Dodge Intrepid SE, a 1974 Dodge Dart Swinger, and my newest project, a 1969 Dodge Coronet Post Coupe.

So what brings a guy with all new school Mopar sedans and a couple of classic Mopar coupes to a station wagon forum? Well, I am a huge wagon fan! And yes, I like wagons of all makes and models, though I will probably stick to Mopar myself.
A couple of years ago, I nearly bought a 1968 Plymouth Satellite Wagon and I've been on the hunt for a clean classic Mopar wagon ever since.
I've been a lurker here off and on since then and I finally decided to join up and say hi, what's another forum to belong to, right?

    Welcome to the SWF, SnekeEyez......

We've got quite a few Mopar experts here, and with our resources, we can probably lead you to the wagon of your dreams..

I'll have to drop in your LH forum to see what's up over there. Had a '99 Concorde Lxi as company car for a short time (waiting until a new PT Cruiser came in...) It was quite comfortable, roomy, and loaded with features. The seats were particularly comfortable. Fat Tedy here on the forum put a set in the front of his Olds Cutlass Crewzer. The Concorde was down a bit on power though, only having the small 2.7 V6.

Looking forward to seeing your input...

:Welcome:to the station wagon forum. Don't be a lurker just because you don't have a wagon. Join in and have a good time sharing your wisdom and adding comments.

    Marshall,

The LHs are some seriously great cars, but you're right, they were better with the bigger V6s (the 3.2 and 3.5). My Concorde has the 3.2 and my 02 Intrepid has the 3.5 High Output with all the engine programming from a 300M Special. The 2.7 in my 01 Intrepid feels a bit lethargic compared to either of them, but it gets it around just fine for my girlfriend!

I look forward to poking around here, and don't worry, I'll add my $.02 where it counts!

Welcome from another Mopar owner. I didn't have a Mopar wagon yet when I landed here either.

Welcome to the nuthouse we call home! No need to lurk around here. Owning a wagon is not a prerequisite. After all, I keep ending up with 2 doors and sedans, but I jump right in. After all, mechanical knowledge transfers rather nicely! I've never been a fan of the LHs, although they are a good car. I simply refuse to own anything front wheel drive. The older ones you have, though, sound terrific. I learned to drive and work on cars on a 72 Dart sedan, and then we had a 75 Dart Swinger with the 40/20/40 front seat. Too bad both were 225 1 bbl cars. Wish they had the 318. I might have been able to keep the 75 if it had. The 72 was hopeless for me, as it was a manual steering car.

Haha, I only kind of manage it... that's why I haven't been on here in a bit.
I get it all done though, MassMopar has been a big project for me lately as I'm trying to get the place going after some issues. Lots of time and effort into that one, but its a labor of love!

A fellow LH owner is always someone I can relate to! The Specials were great cars save the seats (I always thought they were too firm), but my 2002 Intrepid was my first car, so I just converted the engine to run a Special Engine Computer instead.

Nice to be here, and thank you for the warm welcome, everyone!
