I think it would stick in my craw paying $19k for a project, but it is a Nomad.... Good for an experienced bodyman......
i totally agree with ya there lol mines been in delaware and pa all it's life and isn't that rusty. thats cali too? must of come from somewhere else?
thats where i have seen most of em go around here i know those frame supports all do that and the peeling clear i HATE basecoat clearcoat paint it sux
If I were looking for a Nomad I'd check this one out. Sure it has rust issues but the owner posted good photos and admits what is wrong. The rain gutter area would worry me the most but that is normal. For awhile nice finished Nomads were going at ridiculous prices over $50,000-$75,000. I've never wanted any show car. Just a decent cruise nite driver. Wouldn't take too much to make this one.
The car isn't that bad, it's worth fixing the rust on a Nomad. I found one in 1973 on a used car lot way out in the sticks that was going for 4500 bucks. I told a friend who was a 57 Chevy nut about it and he bought it that same day, still has the car too.
