Hello, I am new to this site and wanted to introduce myself to this community. I happened to stumble on this site and think its great!!!!..I have a 2008 HHR SS and I am currently building a 1966 Impala Station Wagon. Merry X-mas and if I can help anybody in anyway please don't hesistate to ask.. Thanks Jim
Welcome tot the forums Jim. Please post some pictures of your wagon and keep us updated on its progress.
I will get some pics up first of the week. I left my pics disc at work. I am currently working on the bodywork and welding in a new floor....
Well I got the drivers side of the floor welded in yesterday and threw some All-Metal on the weld seams from the new quarter. I will take some new pics and post them up this weekend...Later Jim
Here are some pics with the frame back under it to check ride height...I will post newer pics this week but this gives you the idea...Here are the stainless turbo headers that I will be using for the twin T3/T4 Turbos. I just mocked them up on a motor to see where the outlets are going to dump. I was worried about the accessoris but decided to cut off the flange and weld on a V-Band style clamp so i can rotate the turbos if needed...
Wow that is an Awesome car. I love the twin turbo setup. I have been considering it for awhile on my car.
What kind of pics are you looking for??? The frame is still off the car I can take pics of the bag set up? I do plan on taking the frame back apart because I want to change the color so I can take pics of the mounts. This will be my third twin turbo set-up and the second with electronic fuel injection. I will never go back to blowers or nitrous... Turbos are efficient easy horspower and drive ability is excellent...( And only after Hours, days, weeks of tuning:banghead3: ) . Later Jim
yeah man take some pictures of the bag setups, i want to do the same treatment (bags) to my 65 country sedan.
