Ford USA didn't come out with a Super Cab until 1975. That's when I bought one. They and others had quad cabs but as far as I know they were commercial, like for the RR and utility companies.
So how many million miles are on this one and what engine?
Looks decent. For $100,000 American money you probably can fix it up.:rofl2:

I don't know if Ford Canada made them, or farmed out the work but this is not the first of this body style c-cab I have seen over the years. There was a house on the street as a kid that had one in red with a camper, and I've seen 2 on my island. One was orange and in very nice shape during the 90's and was daily driven. The other was a crew cab camper....but no tuck box, it was all motor home from the cab back, last saw that in the mid 2000's. I have not seen it in a couple years now but there even was a c-cab 4x4 short box driving around, the 63-66 Ford body style.

After our Bumpside Dually Crew Cab article the other day, I came across Old Ford Crew Cabs.com What an interesting site! While browsing through the site, I found out that Ford started producing crew cab trucks in 1965 and there was even a few companies converting Ford trucks before that. Hopefully we will soon be featuring a few crew cab trucks from the 59-60 era.

    That's a cool truck, Tedy!
I didn't know they were still selling Mercury trucks that late; I thought they disappeared shortly after 1960.

Those are cool trucks. All I remember are those for the RR and the power companies. Would have loved one like pictured when the kids were growing up and we were camping a lot.
Only one friend had an ugly Dodge crew cab type to pull their RV. Gawd it was big and Fugly!.

Well...beauty is definitely in the eye of the behold. Just remember Tedy, after you sell your wagons, you don't have to have a wagon to participate on the forums.
Best of luck with your purchase if that is what you REALLY want. ;)
