    I stumbled across this one on Craigslist, I had to call about it.
    It seems there are a lot of new parts on this, but the timing belt is off pending replacement. The seller's English is not very good. Also, as much as I could get over the phone, it is a 6-passenger.:)

    Those wide whites do look pretty bad on that car. :(

    It would be really surprising if that engine had a timing belt.:D

    All AMCs have typical timming chains. Usually last about 80,000 unless it has a lower steel sprocket then a bit more.:tiphat:
