Hmmmmmmmmm.. I have one of those out back - a blue one with wood grain. Now if I had this one as a donor car - it looks like it has everything that mine needs.... *sighs* It's too far away even at the price... :banghead3::banghead3::banghead3:

    1970 Buick wagon

    Hello all

First of all let me introduce my self. My name is Stein and I live in Norway.

The car in this add is NOT the actual cars, since the car in the add is in my garage here in Norway!!

I do not know why the seller have used the photo of MY car in his add
Assume that he has copied one of the photos from the original add.

Check this link, and you see the car just arrived to Norway.
    http://www.detroitcars.net/Medlems ...uick Estate Wagon/1970_buick_estate_wagon.htm

I will send one email to the seller and ask him why he has used the photo of my car and not the actual car. If I receive an reply, I'll let you know.

I'd say the seller just lifted a pic of your car off a webpage (maybe that very one!) to be able to just describe what his car looks like. For the price (free), a potential future owner would have little to gripe about.

I'd definitely ask that guy with the craigslist ad where he got that pic!

Either way, unless he specifically states "file photo - not actual vehicle for sale"; then he's misrepresenting in the ad.

Now that digital cameras has become so cheap, almost everyone owns one. I always take a photo or two of the actual thing which I'm selling.

I'm still waiting for reply from the seller. I haven't mentioned anything regarding the wrong photo, only that the car looks better that described :D

Will let you know if I hear from him, but I have my doubts.
