Fannie.....you left out the most important one......BOOGIE baby good ol Vannin...those were the days man to the joint Beast !!!
Some of us are still doing it. Not as wild as it used to be. It's more family oriented today. Gonna try and load a picture. If it works, the picture is a van that I'm building for a client.
Welcome! You are definately ready for a big wagon now with your van experience. As long as you don't need to carry a porta-potty around you'll be fine. Lots of them out there. You gotta get a BIG MOPAR! But then I'm partial.
Welcome! You sound just nuts enough to fit right in around here! If you are looking for a nice old Mopar, check the auctions/Craigslist thread. Not so long ago (last week, I think) there was a mint green 73 Chrysler Town & Country that looked spectacular and incredibly solid for what seemed like a reasonable price. It was extremely well optioned, too, including the hard to find no draft vent windows.
I checked out that Vanner forum, when I have some time I'm going to post my van on there, thanks for the tip Superbeast!
Welcome Superbeast Yes Please by all means Slam a 60's Mopar. I mean Chop, Ah Chanel? Restomod a 60's Mopar. LOL Welcome aboard
My 65 from Cali with hot 69 340 for power it's a blast to drive. Dart buckets, vintage twin sunroofs. Need to swap out one lung but I'm afraid I might flip it. Plan on cutting a 70" x 40" vinyl sunroof (gets hot), big stereo, installed 2 sets of removable swivel buckets.
Looks like a sweet one imabigfatony! I have one that came from Cali too. It is going to be angle chopped and I have a stroked 440 that will be going in it.
