    Just someone playing with the pictures on the computer to blur the background and make the car stand out. There also some neat settings on the digital cameras where you can take black and white pics or even make it look like it was taken in the '70s.

    I see this technique used a lot on pictures of scale models, train layouts, etc. It's called ........ shift something. Can't remember the correct name. Not sure how it's done.

    It's called tilt shift photography - I play around with it using my Canon SX30 IS. If you search on YouTube, you will find some videos that were made using this technique. It's kind of neat.
