I've seen worse interiors - that's not bad.
The rust on the lower left quarter can be repaired fairly easily with a repair panel.
The dent on the right quarter isn't that bad at all - another fairly easy fix.

That being said, $1,000 now sounds a bit steep with the damage it has, unless rusty stuff still has decent value in your area. I'm thinking more like $750.

not deffinantly still paying $1000. that was just the base we were starting upon. i havent even started my haggling proccess yet. cause when i haggle its damn near impossible to say no to me, i do my research and back my prices up with representation as to why it needs to be lower. but on a different note, rust is somewhat of a smaller deal in this region i think because we are in the salt belt. around pittsburgh its hard to even find a RUNNING car for $1000 or less. not even mentioning the body condition.

    $1000 = Hell no!
    $500 = maybe
    $free = sure.

the dent, the rust (which, is worse than you can see..trust me) and the oil/coolant issue. you can do better on a budget. i bought a caprice sedan for $500 and put $600 into it. and it was right as rain. $600 was
    1. new (recycled) opti
    2. new rear brake line
    3. 4 tires
    4. new front pads.

if you find something up my way i'll go look for ya.

like this...i want to see pics of this!

    I think you're gonna find that they're 14 inchers.......

rear-drive Cragers are not going have the correct offset for this front-driver.

smoothies. something i found today that i want. i checked and there suppose to fit. be known though, these would just be the first step after i fix the rust, dent, and everything else already wrong. these would come in as i start "making the car my own". this would consist of : tinting the windows, putting a radio in with a cd player & audio plug in, repainting, brighter light bulbs, fog lights, and deep DEEP cleaning of the interior. i also may wanna put it on air bags at some point. anybody know anything about them? those are in no particular order. now, with the wagon, im going for these upgrades to give it more of a "meaner" look, not "pimp" or "gangsta", cause when i say i wanna tint the windows alot of people automatically think i want it to be "gangsta". oh, and dont worry, none of that hippty hoppity slang will be played on the radio :p
