Got the wiring sorted out and fixed on my wagon, along with some of the other collateral damage that occured during my autocross adventure a couple of weeks ago. We were able to remove/replace the burned wiring and added an electrical cutoff so I can quickly cut power if it happens again. Found out that my turn signals also got fried, so new flasher and turn signal fuses fixed that. Put a new Lokar parking brake kit on it and found that I had a cracked rear brake shoe, so fixed that too. Back in action!

The autocross wagon lives! The competition won't know what hit it.

Glad to hear you were able to fix everything. Could have been worse. I like the idea of a cut off switch.

Looking forward to hearing about your future adventures.

Thanks everyone. I couldn't stand seeing it broken, so I called in some reinforcements for help. Wiring isn't my strong suit anyway, so I was glad to have someone who knew what to look for do some of the work. I can swap parts, but I wanted to be sure I didn't have a hidden problem lurking. Betty's got a clean bill of health -time to go out and break something else!
