102*F and 13% humidity. You should here us all whine about the high humidity. We're down 30 cents to $4.35 per gallon.
75 degrees today here. I'm one of the few states in the country where gas is still over $4.00 a gallon.:banghead3:
28C (82F) and 1.43AUD/litre (1.078USD) or 4.08USD/Gallon. That's about average over the last few weeks. Oh and humidity is around 62%. Jeez I love Queensland.
88 F and VERY high humitity. Gas prices have been dropping for a week, $3.29/gal now. It was at $3.80 two weeks ago. On the TV news, they predicted prices as low as $3.00 when it gets cold. I'm sure heating oil prices will skyrocket to pick up the slack. We wouldn't want all those Chevron /BP execs. to miss their end of year bonuses, now would we?
We've slipped all the way down to $3.88 at the cheapest watered down station. Pretty much an average of $3.95. The rest of the state is $.40 cheaper.
1;09??...oy...the cheapest ive seen it is 1;19.....but....lets not be too gleeful....cheap gas is usually the 1st sign of recession:banghead3:
$1.13 per litre and 44F with 40 MPH winds and 4 days of rain, maybe Snow on Sunday. Yep, recession is in the tea-leaves. The way every country is acting though, I think its the high-roller investors that will take a bath. It seems that the smaller companies got ready for this, while the others tried to play the margins. Since most of the Governments are right-wing, they're all reacting to protect the investors or those that can play, and forgetting about the middle and low-income workers and businesses. Just look at our own CSB's. Up goes the interest rate from 3.44 to 3.51, while they drop the bank rate by 1/2 a percent, and the banks only pass on 1/4%. They're covering their own butts. If you're playing in investments, use the 60-30-10 rule. 60% in bonds and T-bills and cash, 30% in RRSPs, 10% in Las Vegas or the Stock Market or lottery tickets (throw away money). Works to CYA (Covers your butt.)
OMG, we only had those prices when the cars you drive were new!!! It is now around $1.98 / litre here!
