Nice wagon PB! I believe that aircraft in the background is a Convair 240 though?? The DC3's were tail draggers.

MotoMike, you are correct about the airplane. I didn't bother to look it up, I was excited because I thought it was pretty cool to stumble upon it on the way home after buying an old car.
Also on the ride home, I passed a dirty white '57 Packardbaker wagon going the other way on HWY 441. It looked as though it had been in a barn for 30 years and was just made driveable.
Since he was going the opposite direction, I couldn't get a photo.

That's a nice looking Buick you got- congrats!
I noticed that it has the 1986 & Up third mounted brake light added.

When I was trying to buy one of those over a year ago is how I stumbled across this Forum, looking for info.

Nice! Your Buick does appear to originally have been a woody model. The darker paint is exactly where the wood would have been.

I believe other versions of the B-body wagons offered 2-tone paint - Chevy Caprice and Pontiac for sure.

Gray, see what you have and let me know.
So far I've had no luck finding any replacement locally, and I don't want to deal with Ebay/Paypal if I can help it.
A Buick part would be great, but as Fat Tedy mentioned above, a pair from another GM would be OK.
At this point, anything that will fit in the hole would work.
Maybe a little silver paint would make a Chev or Poncho light look more like a Buick part.....

You're welcome- glad I could help!
I just recently joined over there under the same name after learning about it here.
Look forward to hearing more about your progress with the Buick.
