    Hi. Newbie here.
Purchased a 1989 Caprice Estate in March (when my minivan was totaled) and named her Edna.
Found this site when trying to figure out what she is worth. I am looking to sell it. Its not that I dont love driving around the grocery getter, but I have back problems and cannot tolerate sitting as low as she is.

    Nice to be here.
    Stephanie

:Welcome:perhaps you can find a nice older wagon with higher seats or a way to convert to high bucket seats. Wagons are fun and usually comfortable drivers.

My "conversion" consists of a pillow folded in half and a ergo back rest thing - which then makes me hit my head when I get in...I have a love hate relationship with Edna...:icon_drive:

I was gonna suggest the pillow! Just stop banging your head and you will be okay! Anything is better than another minivan.

I'd love to quit banging my head :banghead3:- that would help keep the neck in place too.
And the kids love her - especially the 3rd row seat.
She needs some work - obviously - and I am doing what I can. Throttle positioning sensor needs replacing - cant go anywhere w/o the service engine light coming on. :/ She drinks oil worse than my ex drank beer. Have new gaskets, need to replace.

At least you can still keep the wagon in a straight line!:rofl2:
Do you live up near where the Mississippi River begins? We've ridden motrcycles up the river from central illinois and also camped with our RV up near Winnibago, I believe.
Wife is from Redwood Falls. But that was during the Cival War.

Enjoy your wagon and hopefully your back will get better. We're getting so we need a pillow top mattress to ride on. But off to Illinois again next week----in a stinkin pick up truck.
The wagon needs work and I can't get my wife to crawl under it in this 100 degree weather.

Welcome! If you are serious about selling Edna, I'm sure within time a memebr here may be interested, and you will know she goes to a good home.
