He is probably the Original Fox of the internet. Dude has been online since 1998 and has some websites (Trashwagon.com) and all the Subaru Alliance videos on youtube. He is probably easier to find, then your local library. Him and I pretty much bombard the internet with Subaru information and retrofits/swaps. And rep the old gen Subarus at all the Impreza meets lol.

Haha! Actually, I'm not 100% when his first online presence was. I know he was on the USMB since it was a BBS back in '97-'98, other than that, i dunno. I got online in like 2003. "I'ma baby"

As a matter of fact, Fox was gonna make a 1988 RX Coupe' painted up in a Trashwagon scheme (Not Black, White, Orange) which would be called "SilverFox" as the Trashwagon name would only apply to Wagon bodies.

btw, my buddy Jon who is restoring a '56 Imperial, has always wanted a '58 Belvedere wagon, he says they are somewhat hard to come by, but not as impossible as a 2 door convertible.

Anyone here have a '58 Wagon?

Unfortunately, they come attached to a $17k RMW in San Antonio, Texas

Thanks, KK. I have a couple of problems...I like the 95 seats way better than the 96. I don't really want 96 seats. AND...I'm not sure that the 95 seats are the same color as my seats. Or, for that matter, if ANY of the Buick seats are the Dark Maple red like the Cappy's seats that are in the cars with the Dark Cherry Metallic paint.

They, in both cars, are split seats, not buckets.

Good call on that Fox, GM was wierd back then...well GM is wierd all together IMO. Interiour colours changed like you would change your socks....yet it was all suposed to be the same colour. My honeys 99 mini van VS a 98, both blue interiours, both clearly a different colour. My 83 olds VS a 82 olds,...again, both different colours on the interour, yet the same by name...

Yeah, Tedy...the early Cappies had a maroon paint that had the word Garnet in it...it was a lighter color than the DCM. I have seen 2 different colors of the maroon interiors in those cars, so, who knows??

I thought that the '95 and '96 seats were the same - just the 2 types
    - Limited seats (the ones I already posted previously)
    - 'Regular' seats, like these:

From what I've been reading recently over on Longroof, the 'regular' seats feel more comfortable on first sit, but then get mushy. The Limited seats initially feel harder, but are more comfortable on long drives, with the lumbar adjustment.

I think you know more about these than I do. I like these tan ones that you show here and I thought these were pre-96. I do NOT like the other style. The flat seat area stretches out all over the place and become troublesome as heck. And unsightly. I was also under the impression that you could get the lumbar in this type seat, too. A guy here has an old RMW with these seats in it....the car has a ton of miles on it....I sat in that driver's seat and it was like an easy chair with support....loved them. They look better, too.

Would Caddy Fleetwood seats work? Mine is Dark Cherry Metallic, so I know that color was available. I know the D-bodies are longer, but I don't think they're wider. I could be wrong though, I'm known to have that happen quite frequently in my life :rofl:
