Thanks Norman...........I am going to keep it stock looking. I am not one who cares for putting modern interiors, digital dashes and giant rims low profile tires on my cars. I like them to look period correct for the most part.
No, not really. I shot pictures for Auto Trader for a couple years though.......Kind of learned how to photograph cars by shooting a few thousand of them a year.
Ah ha! You should throw on a few tips. Sun, positioning in the frame, taking pics in darker light, closeups. I could sure use it. The Rev's getting good(er) too, but he's busy saving wagons...
Shoot with the sun to your back if possible. To see as much of the car, take the 3/4 angle shot so you get the front and the side of the car. Try to fill the frame with the car and not the surrounding area. And just try to shoot at a normal height as you would normally see the car. Oh, and make sure the car is a clean as possible. Now you know as much about shooting a car as I do. I just have shot thousands of them...........
