Your wagon towing a wagon. You should get bonus points for that.
Your challenge could be a tough one. It will most likely be an original owner that will post. There are several here who own newer wagons, so we'll see how quickly your challenge can be met.[/QUOTE]

I figured I would ramp up the difficulty level a tad. I'm sort of eluding most of us with vintage rides but that's o.k.

This challenge is also based on honesty since it's unlikely that a dated newspaper will be in the shot.

    Like that's hard...the confusion part I mean.

So a picture of a car you own (still with me) in the year that it was born. So if you have a '63 Comet for example and have a photo from the original owner or you are the original owner and have a snap shot then scan it and submit your entry. You win!!

I only came up with this because I'm always trying to find history on cars I own to get a sense of the lives they have led before being abused by me.

My '67 Polara (the one doing the towing above) was purchased new by a funeral home in Cranbrook and was ordered with absolutely no frills. Radio delete; manual steering and brakes. Then at one point was used for furniture delivery. Oh to be a fly on that tail gate.

The thing is... that most of us purchased our rides used. Mine personally went through a few owners before I got it. Even sat neglected outside in NorCal for years before I got ahold of it.

The HHR? Nope. It's a 2006. I bought it in November, 2010. We bought the 03 Explorer new. But I don't count it as a station wagon.

Well, while the judges confer on Rev's submission I'll throw mine in as a late entry.

Great picture. Almost looks like it could be from an old TV show set with artificial studio lighting and nothing 3 dimensional beyond the fence.

Now will one of you guys post a new challenge? It's not that hard. It could be as simple as "your wagon in the driveway" or "your wagon next to a historical marker or historical building" or "your wagon with dogs in the back". Be creative, as long as the challenges are not impossible, so the thread can keep going.
