Yep, same one out in Dousman. I turned the guy down on the phone, and then 3 hours later, I bought it lol...

The most rusty Subaru I've bought, and I've paid over twice as much for it then any other Subaru Haha!

Anyway, yeah I kinda forget about this place. But I've been looking at others build threads on here, seeing some cool stuff! :dancing:

This week i removed the entire fuel system out of the 63 ford. Replaced all the hard lines, pump filters and soft lines. Recleaned the tank previous owner said he just did it but not sure what he used. The tank was full of black stuff and rust engine will not run on that stuff and fuel filters hate it. Now i am waiting on a fuel strainer for inside the tank so i can mount it and drive it again wifee is getting restless and wants her car back on the road

I took mine to the track today to see what a stock (except 2 1/2" exhaust) wagon would run. I saw somewhere it was listed as 16.6@86 and it just felt to me to be a high 15 sec car or better. Well it did better than I expected even tho my lights really sucked but I have only made two passes before tonight in the last 17 years. Here are copies of my 3 runs. 42 to 49f temps really helped tho.

Do you have headers with that exhaust?

Just the stock manifolds, no headers. Pretty much everything is original including the plugs wires and cats. I have a bunch of new parts to go on but my buddy just hasn't had the time for me to go there and do it. Non are performance adders tho just plan on replacing the parts that tend to cause problems at 100k.

Yeah....I've got 2 & 1/4 exhaust and stock manifolds too. But I have deleted the EGR and am running the swiss cheese, piped intake.

I lost one of my closest and best friends this week in a tragic motorcycle accident. It's been a very hard week. My car was window chalked, but it's a tribute to him and I'm proud to have it displayed on my wagon.

I'm so sorry to hear this, Tom. I wish there were something I could say to alleviate your hurt. It is a hard thing to lose a friend. I lost a friend on 11/10/11 in a car accident and I sure do miss him. Hang in there, bud. Time heals all things.
