    Well,
I e-mailed the guy as well. And, yes, he does seem to have quite a
high arrogant factor. Like, this car is worth 10 Million and that's that !!!
I'm pretty sure even if it reaches say, 10-11 Grand, reserve would be
nowhere near met. I guess it " IS " his car. But, politeness can go such a
    long way................ My 2 cents

OK...this same guy had this same car for sale 2 or 3 years ago. It was reviewed here at that time, too. Same pix, same place, same Lincoln sitting there. Same attitude. Looks like he chooses the wrong market times to sell his car. Or, maybe he just likes to show it off and tell people how he can afford it (at his price) and you can't.

You know this car does need a complete paint job. The hood and roof are really faded badly. The option for the tilt and telescopic wheel is virtually unheard of in the wagon line.
My question to him would be about the wood grain. If it was repainted before, wouldn't they replace the wood grain too? Looking at the concrete below the car...I wonder if some of those oil spots belong to this wagon. I don't think this is as good a conditioned car as the owner says it is. I think it is a good $4,500.00 car because of the $5,000.00 paint job which will need to done...anther $1,400 for carpeting. $500 to $1,000 for a new windshield. It looks pitted from driving in the desert. Because there aren't any engine pictures, there might be another $2,000 to get it completely detailed to bring it up to speed. There is a lot of work that needs to be done on this car. I must say, I am drooling. It is a favorite of mine.

    Alright,
Since we all kinda like pointing out stuff, how about the fact that the
car doesn't even have the Factory Buick rally mag wheels on it. If you
were gonna load-up a car, why cheap-out on the wheels. They would really
up the appearance of this car. AND, check-out the picture that shows
the side of the dash with like a chip or crack in it. This is not a 10 million
dollar car no matter what the owner says. And if it's health issues, I'd think
a reasonable reserve would come in to play. I'm just sayin'.........

Because of his post a few years ago and again now and with his attitude that drives people away from the sale......makes me wonder if he even has that car. Everyone that has ever talked to him about it has gotten nothing but rude treatment. Including me the first time he had it for sale.

This guy is a piece of work. He thinks it is 1 of 10 left in the world. I don't even see any option code for the stereing wheel that is in it. And if it really is as nice as he thinks, why is there so much dust in the door jambs? Maybe I am being to hard on the guy, but his self glorification of the car is irritating. But, for some reason I keep looking at it. It will never meet his reserve though. He wants over $20,000 for it

    Alright,
All you " SLOW MINDED " people are REALLY starting to upset this guy!!!
Please check out his questions and answers part of the auction down at
the bottom of the auction. He OBVIOUSLY had a friend e-mail in a question
that is SO slanted towards his craziness that it makes one wonder just HOW
stupid does he think people are!!! I mean, REALLY.......................
So, I actually Encourage all you Slow-minded people to keep your questions
coming to him before auction is over!!! And if he doesn't get his 10 Million
for the Rarest Buick wagon EVER!!:yahoo:, he's KEEPING it!!! End of story~

The same friend that sent in the question is bidding against another friend. No one in there right mind would pay $9,600 for that car. I am gonna post mine up on ebay as soon as this one is over. If his brings almost ten grand mine should be a easy $8,000 wagon

This seller really doesn't know what he's trying to sell:
There is not such a thing as '1974 Buick Electra Estate Wagon'
    That name appeared years later.

Wow..he called a potential buyer showing interest in what he's selling "slow-minded"... I would never even consider purchasing anything from this seller.

Who would? The car is at $10,600 right now....no WAY that's a legitimate bid. This guy just likes to play with people's respective heads and if some sucker jumps in for real he will let it go. I really dislike people like this. He's probably a debt collector in life.
