Really nice box B body wagon, no wood, low miles. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1985...5832123?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item2ebb988b3b I can't for the life of me figure out how to post pics off eBay. Mike
That's 2 white woodies and a Cream, which its hard to not call that white in the pics, in the last couple days. Wish we could start seeing some black ones back to back. I am not a fan of Black on most cars, but it looks excellent on these Buicks, thanks to the sexy lines she shares with this ones BIG, Little sister, the Grand National.
Really almost impossible to find black box Buicks anymore. At least, that weren't funeral cars. I found one ONCE when I was in the used car biz after retirement and sold it to a buddy that had been looking for a black one for ages. It was a black woody. The other color that you rarely see is the one I had...the dark metallic silver grey woody with the silver grey interior. The latter doesn't sound so good but it looked great.
Back in 1983 my dad special ordered a Black, wood delete '83 Buick Estate with light gray cloth int. and the Buick road wheels. He sold it in '87, and still looked like new, the next owner used it for his painting business and beat the tar out of it. I always loved that car. Now i have a black wood delete Buick wagon too.... I even got to special order it from a guy named Fred in Waterloo, NY 4 years ago. Mike
