look what i saved from the Scrapper

    in the last 2 weeks...man...i tell ya...what with the price of scrap steel going thru the roof
    Guys are just scrappin anything!!
    Scrap guys and Derby guys......why i otta!!:mad:

    so anyhoo..in the last 2 weeks..ive saved a 62 Galaxie Convert...a 66 Econline pick/up...a 1937 hudson terraplane(stay tuned for it..i may keep it):yup:
    ..and on Saturday mornin...with 5 hours to spare...i saved this lil babay!!!:yahoo:(proud of myself)
    Only a couple of small rust spots..and I mean small!...6 cyl/3spd standard....someone pilfered it for parts for a "car"...but man...its solid ..and darn near all there!!!...63 Nova wagon!!!...back window still works!!

    Those are VERY desireable down here in Socal. That one looks like it's rebuildable, with not too much effort.

    My dad's first new car was a '63 Nova (2-dr HT). He would never turn the ignition all the way to 'lock' before taking out the key - with the igition that way, you could start it without one - nice feature, GM! - Yup - it got stolen.

    You're the MAN!:2_thumbs_up_-_anima But there goes the new year resolution to downsize right down the tubes but that Terraplane has got to be a keeper.

    true that my freind...i had to wrap it all so nothing got on my Fords!!

    whats the rush to see possibly one of the FUGLIEST car ever made???:biglaugh:

    the 35 was kinda ok...the 36 was alil distorted...but the 37...egads..what were they smokin??:p
    the roofs crooked!!...the wheels arent centered in the rear wells!!:49:

    but...it is what it is!!:dancing:
