Hello all! Finally found a site for old wagon lovers as myself! I own a very sweet 1966 dart wagon 270, darn near perfect, 50k miles. My wife and I love to show it off, though even taking a small drive turns into many questions from everyone! Hard to get fuel without explaining its NOT a Falcon! And the stories about the wagon from older fellows, usaually starts as, when I was young, I &^%$#$$^^ in that wagon, and it would run without oil or water! Wife REALLY tires of the questions, but when tooling around Louisville, the horn honks and thumbs up we get are very pleasing. It still smells new, and drives that way as well. I'll post a pic when I figure that part out! It will stay in my family forever!
Welcome to the madness Barry! Yeah, those slant sixes were amazing with what they would endure. Roll tide! (Did I say that??)
to the forum. Yep, you have to be ready to listen to all the stories from us old foggies when you drive a rare and unusual wagon. Ours was just like that except it was green and had two doors and was a Dodge V-12! Our first child was conceived in that thing. The dog had two litters of kittens in the front seat. Get some photos and join the fun.:icon_drive:
Looking foward to the pictures! Welcome to this place, it's a great group of folks. Glad to have ya aboard
Dodge Dart wagon. I wonder how many of them are left. Very rare, I'm sure. I can't wait to see some pics.
Welcome to the forum, Barry. Really looking forward to seeing pics of your Dart. I lurk over on For 'A-Bodies Only' (not a member) and was unable to find you over there. Had a slant 6 '65 Dart sedan myself long ago in my youth. I think an A-body wagon would be cool now..... Join in the discussions. We value everybody's viewpoint! Marshall

Barry...yes it is tiring having to deal with the general public. But when you are the owner of such a rare wagon you do owe your adoring public a small amount of your time. Sorry it can be a curse.
