The daily rate around here on a UHaul dolly is like 50 bucks a day. Borrow a big car or truck and you got it made. You could get the dolly back in a day easy.

You gonna go that way? $135 and you sit and wait for it to get dropped in your driveway.:D They apparently have a driver coming through close to there so I wouldn't wait too long if you want to do it that way. If you do, there are a couple of things I can tell you to prepare.

They know this car does not run? Are the tires inflated? Will it roll easily?

Well....I'd tell the guy that he knew it didn't run from the git-go. Now he wants $185. Still not too bad. You make the decision, get your ducks in a row with the neighbor etc and when you are ready to call it in to the transporter I will just give you some tips. I presume you haven't shipped cars before.

Yep, hey Cap don't be embarrassed if you got it and it wasn't worth it. We will still love you. Or even if you decided not to get it. You don't need a wagon to hang with us.

I'd really like to know what became of this. I sent cap the contact info for a good friend of mine across the river that was willing to pick the car up for him and store it at his place and he hasn't gotten a phone call ither.
