Villages, FL - Golf Cart City

I know we've all had our love/hate relationships with golf carts around here recently, but that precision drill team is pretty cool. I even caught a brief glimpse of a woody.

Yup ! That place is awesome...... I think we need to start up one near me so I can build them carts. We already have tons of golfs carts running the roads out here where I live now.......

 

Vacation's over

We're back from our vacation trip to visit family and friends in central Illinois. Had a great time spoiling grandkids and even a great granddaughter. Saw many kids we grew up with and old relatives. They sure look older than I remember! Went to some museums, car, and motorcycle shows. Really didn't see as many station wagons as last year. Might have a few photos if I get caught up. Seemed to spend a lot of time eating. Surprisingly we didn't gain any weight. Musta been that walkin and exercise we did everyday. Drinkin cold beer and eating BBQ is exercise isn't it? Glad to be back and ready to talk wagons and other important stuff.:banana: But my bed is calling me now. After a month in strange beds at our kids' homes and motels, our bed will be a welcome experience. At our age, sleeping in it seems like a good idea! Hope everyone has had a great summer playin with your wagons and enjoying the very warm weather. ooooops! This wasn't supposed to go here. But here it is. Appropriate for old farts living in Floriduh not too far north of the Villages!
