    Hello,
My husband just purchased a 59' Cross Country Rambler wagon for me yesterday. We were on our way home from dropping our daughter off at camp (in very rural country) and there she sat! She starts right up, even has air conditioning! Just needs some more TLC and brakes! LOL

:Welcome:to the wagon train, galbraith. Whoa! What a great story! If you would...PLEASE...show us some pix of that find.:thumbs2: It's funny how some people can search and search for a certain car and others can stumble over one!:D It's happened to me in the past, too. You are lucky...please let us look.:yup:

:Welcome:to the wagon forum. Grandparents and uncle had many Nash products. No wagons, but the 59 Rambler 4-dr was a nice one.:taz:

I want pics of the A/C! Hopefully, you are referring to rare factory option, with two trap-doors at each end of the dash. Aftermarket units probably work better, but the factory unit is almost never seen. Welcome! David :)

Thanks everyone, I'm really excited to get her out on the road! I'm sure my husband will be posting some part and wagon questions. He's restored trucks, but never a wagon! :yahoo: We're picking her up this weekend!!

Allen Texas - Wow, I didnt even know they had Ramblers in Texas! Ha, Just kidding, I Moved from Frisco about a year ago. Back then I was N2 Musclecars. Now I am building a 69 Nomad. That is one good lookin wagon. I rode in one very similar (56 I think) when I was about the size of a grasshopper. My dad still talks about his Ramblers. Good Luck and enjoy! You are much furthur along than I with that one!
