Do I see a late model Ford modular V8 up under those CITROEN valve cover covers?

Edit: Oh ok, a GM LS1 according to the owners description.

Wow. I would love to see someone do that to a wagon. I don't like the lines of the sedan.

I have always LOVED that ID19 body style!! Herb Fritz used to have one...he was an architect at the Frank Lloyd Wright foundation in Spring Green. I saw it first when I was a teenager and loved it. This one, with the LS1 and reworked is beyond gorgeous!!:thumbs2::thumbs2:

    Translation:
"Nadat we vele jaren DS gereden hebben. stoppen we ermee. En bieden onze DS break te koop aan. in november 2010 is de APK gedaan en de auto staat nu nog in Borculo bij Citro-Clasique, waar het onderhoud altijd werd uitgevoerd."

After driving a DS for many years we decided to stop and sell our DS break. In november 2010 the car passed the APK test (in the Netherlands tests are much more strict than in the US: brakes, suspension, anything that has to do with safety), tests of classic cars are valid for 2 years. The car is located in Borculo at Citro-Clasique, a garage where maintenance has always been done.

If anyone wants to buy a car in the Netherlands I would gladly help. Americans have always been very helpful for us.

    WOW....that seems like a lot for a 73 Citroen.

Thanks, meuli....I translated the ad with a puter feature.

I've been around for a long time but.....is the Netherlands on the Euro? I don't even understand some of the symbols anymore.

If the car is in good condition I think it is a fair price. Regular Ds's are cheaper. I have no idea what the prices in the US are of these cars.

You can wait for the exchange rate USD->EUR to drop... A few months ago price would have been $6800. It is a good time for Europeans to import US cars now.

In the Netherlands you can find some cheaper ones: http://link.marktplaats.nl/452025918

    Maserati engine...

It is a Citroen so beware of rust and spare parts are expensive in Europe.

Figures. I HATE rust! So....I find a car I like and it is super rust prone.:(

Thanks for the ads....I don't like the front nearly as much as the rear view. Or as much as the DS.
