Not sure what you mean by "liner". Nomad interior wheel well covers fit. Carpet is basically the same

Body panels - check out Nomad stuff. Didn't need any myself but have been told that you can use the bottom half of the quarter, recognizing that it is shorter than Pontiacs in length.

As far as I can make out Chevys had carpet in the gargo area and Pontiacs had a ribbed linoleum,
this is the ebay blurb :-

Cargo area Linoleum that is as good or better than the original. It is heavy weight like original, plus is flexible. It has the narrow grooves for 56/57 wagons and nomads. Die Cut.Available in Red, Black,Gray,Yellow,Bronze,Med. Blue, Med Green., Turq. Use as a replacement for 55's.Samples available.

Must be the 4 door version. The 2 dr Star Chiefs were carpet and quite upscale compared to the others. What model is yours? I have a parts book I can look to see.

    57 cargo liner

Don't if this helps for your 57 but my 58 Cheiftian Safari has ribbed linoeum on the rear cargo area. The top of the line Star Chief would have had carpet with chrome strips to secure it down.

Ken, mine came factory with carpet through out the back, no lino. I've never seen a Safari Star Chief with anything but carpet in the back. The less expensive models, yes, and in '57 all wagons were Safari's. My model number is 2764DF which designates Start Chief Safari 2 door wagon.

Ken I was just looking for this for a flooring material in my basement workshop. I remember that it was used on old military workbenches for engine repair, but it was also used in cargo areas:
