73 Buick Estate....Winterpeg

A one family car all it's life, good description and I really believe this is a honest car. Sh**, If it was on my island I'd be almost be willing to sell a kidney to get it.

Hmmm, Price seems more than fair, wonder if it's shot on the underside?

 

I doubt it, there just isn't any demand up here.
Winnipeg is a small city in the middle of nowhere.

 

Never nothing like that around at that price when I was shopping for a driver clamshell.... not locally anyway... looks like a very high option car... minus power locks and minus the 3rd seat.

 

My buddies almost had me talked into road-tripping to go get it.

 

Just send me the cash, I'll hold it for you...

 

Has anyone here seen this car? Done a hands on? Amazing to me that it hasn't sold. Looks rust free too.

 

AFAIK Norm and I are the only guys from Winnipeg on the board.
I think there is one other member that's from somewhere else in the province.

 

Looks like a winner, Tom. Talk to Andy and Norm and see if they will inspect it and drive it for you. Looks online can be deceiving but it would be worth investigating. If it's a nice rig....I think you would really enjoy that wagon.

 

WOW! Now THAT is a good looking wagon! The price is more than fair too! I think I spy rust holes in the front fenders around the cornering lights though. I'd like to see the underside, cause that could be a deal breaker.

 

Oh, I KNOW I would. The only thing better than a wagon, is 2 of them!

 

You are right, pari. And maybe starting in a few other traditional rust areas as well. I don't think this is the car I thought it was. The one advertised awhile back was the same color IIRC and was advertised by an older woman.

 

I considered buying this car a couple of years ago, I wound up buying my Chrysler and could not accomodate 2 wagons at the time. The owner Ian is a very nice guy. He sent me some pictures some of which I've attached. One photo shows rust area in driver side quarter which needs repair, I don't have any shots of the underside and cannot comment on it's condition... if it is solid, this would be a very nice wagon for one of the forum members.
