Hello. A wagon I have been trying to get for a long time is finally mine. My neighbor specially ordered this wagon from Reedman's (which is now reedman toll auto group) back in 1972. It's a 1973 Plymouth Fury Suburban. Numbers matching just about all original. Still has the BIAS ply tires on her. Last inspection stickers are from 1990. Told me if I could get it running I could have her, she now resides in my driveway and the wife is pleased lol. Was ordered with the optional 400ci engine and holley 2 barrel carb. The seats are near perfect. Has some rust but nothing too drastic. New/rebuilt parts include coil, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, rebuilt master cylinder, left and right rebuilt wheel calipers and new brake pads, fuel pump, fuel filter, rebuilt carb. Still having carb. related issues. I have a few videos but no pictures yet. Still need to source a brake booster and possibly a new

    First run since 1990:

    Thanks for the welcomes.
Moparjohn, thats a nice T&C. I love the looks of the front ends on the mopars of the early 70's. I already put in a rebuilt master cylinder you just have to use both feet if moving with any speed without the booster. I wonder how much they charge to rebuild the booster? I can get one ordered locally at napa or advanced auto for about $120-150.

Anybody have any ideas as to where I can source a rebuilt or new holley 2210 carburetor? I will take some pictures soon, for now just watch the video.

    WELCOME!!
    I have a 73 Satellite wagon..

    Those 2bbl Holleys are junk.
I would suggest swapping in a 4bbl Edelbrock Performer intake and 750 cfm carb with electric choke in a hurry.
With the smaller primary's of the 4bbl,you will get better fuel mileage.
The 750 is not too big.The factory Thermoquads on big blocks were rated 800 and 850 cfm--even on the 400 -- and 360 small block.

:Welcome: A freind of mine has a 73 Monaco wagon with a 440. It was ordered by the government but never accepted so his mother bought it. It's undergoing a cosmetic restoration.

waygun, Right now the primary concern is just getting it back on the road. I can't afford to drop almost 5 bills on a carb./intake upgrade when I can just get a fully rebuilt 2 barrel from national for around $150. Going cheap as possible to just get it fully running and see where I need to focus money/attention on. Once I get all of the bugs ironed out I can start pinching more pennies for the worthwhile upgrades such as headers, carb. and intake, and possibly a bump stick. I've driven it around the block the way it is, but I want it to be reliable as well. I have exhaust leaks too and may just run new pipe making it a true dual and flowmasters that slash out right in front of the rear wheels (I like that look).

You can go with a used factory 4bbl intake and a good working used carb on the cheap.
On moparts.com,there are members selling used aluminum intakes and carbs cheap.
The reman 2bbl would do for now,I understand about being on the cheap.
Keep us posted on the progress!!
