I want to change all the vacuum lines in my 87. To get the replacements, do I just get lines in different sizes and cut them down to size? Or do they come individually cut to size for each one to replaced.

Some places sell them color-coded for the emission sticker, but its usually by the foot ($). Inside diameter is the critical size.

Usually the vacuum hoses only need to be changed on the engine side. Those under the dash never see sunlight or heat, so they are usually in good condition. Just do one at a time, and don't rush. Once you mess up this job, it is next to impossible to figure out what goes where. It also helps to take a lot of pictures before you start.

DOn't buy that fancy colored silicone hose they sell cheap, crap, stick to good ole rubber. when the silicone stuff gets warm it gets soft.

Just do one hose at a time and you'll be fine.

i would definitely do one at a time. i just wanted to know if the hose is sold by length or already cut to size for it's function.
