    Ok, here's one:

And here is where it came from. Right in the Rev's front yard!

Check out the gallery and the garage (links)!

When I look at the Rancheros, they seem to have a cleaner setup. You'd think that a guy could make up a fuel door, from a rear fender cutout and use a coax cable to 'lock/unloack' it, from the inside.

I remember an old 2007 post where he mentioned that he was involved in a Falcon club in BC. This might be the one.

Anyway, I still think the fuel door is a piece of cake for that gas cap theft problem, especially since other Falcon owners might be the most likely culprits. It might inspire the turds to get 65 to make them up for them for a couple C-notes each.

    Stormin Norman,

the gas cap has the contour line with matches the body lines on the quarter panels...it is not the flat one that they sell on ebay....people don't realize how hard it is to find parts these days for falcons...sure there are repros out there but some things like wagon rear quarters, etc aren't repro'd because they feel there isn't enough market to produce them....I had a guy once at a car show say that the falcons have no value which is totally BS....I believe one day most of them will be in the $20k+ range especially for people looking for something different...I have already had someone offer me $3k for the wagon in "as is" shape out west in CA and another guy the same in NC

Ya know I agree. I think most people do follow the main stream cars like Mustangs, Camaros, and Corvettes, but others appreciate a less common car like the Falcon wagon. I tend to lean more toward the less popular cars myself. Keep up the great work! Part of the fun, I think, is hunting down those hard to find parts. I bet you're having a blast with your restoration regardless! :tiphat:

So whose the new addiction? :rofl2:

They were doing a news blurb (gossip really) about Tiger Wood's first run at Augusta, GA, and they called one of the other players (in his early 60's) a grey fox. I felt good. Still got no grey... Anywhere! :rofl2:

Gotta hand it to you Rick, that Falcon site got a good start. One of the more informative and useful car sites that I've seen around.
